Knee Pulls

Stand on one leg and lift the knee high toward the chest, lightly pull it in with your hands, then step through and repeat on the other leg while maintaining an upright posture.

Benefits: Knee pulls help develop hip flexor strength, glute activation, and core stability, all of which are key for efficient running mechanics. They reinforce a strong front-side running position - encouraging a high knee lift and improved posture during the stride cycle.
